摘　　要：温病学是一门将基础理论和临床实践紧密起来的学科,随着临床经验的积累,我国《温病学》教材不断发展与完善。文章以全国高等中医药院校教材“伏暑”章节为例,结合对教材编撰背景下临床特征较符合伏暑特点的病种进行研究,对教材编写依据、编写理念和教材内容等方面进行对比分析,有助于推动伏暑病结合现代的研究,为中医治疗急性疾病和器质性疾病提供思路。The“Science of Epidemic Febrile Disease”is a discipline that combines basic theory and clinical practice closely.With the accumulation of clinical experience,the textbook of Science of Epidemic Febrile Disease in my country has been continuously developed and improved.The article takes the chapters of the Fu Shu in textbooks of national colleges of traditional Chinese medicine as an example,combined with the research on diseases whose clinical characteristics are more in line with the characteristics of Fu Shu under the background of textbook compilation,this paper makes a comparative analysis on the basis,concept and content of the textbook,which is helpful to promote the modern research on the combination of Fu Shu and provide ideas for the treatment of acute and organic diseases by traditional Chinese medicine.
