《山海经》中医内科单字病名的英译研究

摘　　要：本论文在生态翻译学理论的指导下,选取《山海经》中医内科单字病名的翻译作为切入点来研究中医文化的英译,分析比较《山海经》2个英文全译本—王宏2010年的译本和安妮·比勒尔1999年的译本,总结《山海经》中中医内科单字病名的英译现状。关于《山海经》中的中医内科单字病名,2个译本各有异同,也均有不恰当之处,基于权威医学词典提出最佳翻译建议。通过对《山海经》中医内科单字病名英译的整理和分析,促进译文读者对中医药文化的理解,为中医药文化的国际化发展施绵薄之力。在生态翻译学理论的指导下,翻译《山海经》时应当充分考虑到语言维、文化维与交际维等3个维度。Objective To improve the understanding of the culture of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and to make more contribution to the internationalization of TCM,the thesis sorted out and analyzed the English translation of the single-character disease names of internal medicine of TCM from The Classic of Mountains and Seas.Methods Under the guidance of Eco-translatology,the thesis picked out the translation of the single-character disease names of internal medicine of TCM from The Classic of Mountains and Seas as an entry point to study the English translation of Chinese medicine culture.It analyzed and compared the two English versions of The Classic of Mountains and Seas-Wang Hong’s 2010 translation and Anne Birrell’s 1999 translation,summarized the English translation of the single-character disease names of internal medicine of TCM in The Classic of Mountains and Seas,and analyzed them from the perspective of eco-translatology.Results There were similarities and differences of the single-character disease names of internal medicine of TCM in the two English versions.Both versions have some deficiencies.The thesis offers suggestions on the English translation of the single-character disease names of internal medicine of TCM based on authoritative medical dictionaries.Conclusion Under the guidance of eco-translatology,it is better to translate The Classic of Mountains and Seas according to linguistic dimension,cultural dimension and communicative dimension.
