摘　　要：劳动精神是劳动者在劳动中展现的面貌、品质和精神状态。新时代劳动精神的形成具有四重逻辑:它根植于中华优秀劳动文化中勤勉肯干、实干兴邦的文化逻辑;继承于马克思主义劳动学说的理论逻辑;发展于中国共产党人百年历程中弘扬劳动精神的历史逻辑;立足于改革开放以来中国人民伟大实践的实践逻辑。新时代“以劳动托起中国梦”的伟大实践,升华了劳动精神的时代内涵,推动着中华民族从胜利走向新的胜利。The hard-working spirit is a mental state,a quality and an appearance of workers in their work.The hard-working spirit of the new era forms based on four aspects:It originates from cultural logic of Chinese excellent labor culture,that is,hard work makes the nation flourish;it inherits the theoretical logic of Marxism labor doctrine;it develops from the historical logic in the one-hundred-year history of the cultivation of the hard-working spirit by Chinese Communists;it has been established in practice logic of Chinese people since the reform and opening-up.The great practice of"supporting the Chinese dream with labor"in the new era has sublimated the connotation of the hard-working spirit and promoted the Chinese nation to a new victory.
