摘  要:目的:探讨不同特质焦虑水平大学生在负性情绪图片启动后听觉加工的事件相关电位特征。方法:采用状态-特质焦虑量表(STAI)和贝克抑郁量表(BDI)筛选出特质焦虑高分组大学生22例(TAI≥45,BDI≤4),低分组18例(TAI≤36,BDI≤4)。结合情绪图片启动和听觉双选Oddball范式,采用事件相关电位(ERP)技术,比较两组被试的正确率和反应时及视觉LPP、听觉N1、N2、P3和LPN为代表的脑电加工时间进程。结果:两组被试在听觉oddball范式下的正确率和反应时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在负性图条件下,高特质焦虑组的N1、N2、LPN波幅大于低特质焦虑组(均P<0.05);由负性图诱发的视觉LPP以及听觉N1、N2、LPN波幅均大于中性图(P<0.05)。结论:负性情绪启动可以促进后续听觉加工,此促进作用在高特质焦虑大学生群体中大于低特质焦虑大学生群体。Objective:To explore the event-related potential characteristics oftrait anxiety level evoked by negative emotional pictures on subsequent auditory processing.Methods:Twenty-two college students with high trait anxiety(TAI≥45,BDI≤4)and eighteen college students with low trait anxiety(TAI≤36,BDI≤4)were selected with the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory and the Beck Depression Inventory.Emotional picture initiation and auditory dual-selection oddball paradigm were used with event-related potential technology(ERP)to compare the two test groups’accuracy,response time,and processing time of brain electricity featuring visual LPP,and auditory N1,N2,P3 and LPN.Results:There were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)in the accuracy and response time between the two groups,but with negative emotional pictures,the amplitudes of N1,N2 and LPN were larger in high trait anxiety group than in low trait anxiety group(P<0.05).The amplitudes of visual LPP and auditory N1,N2,LPN induced by negative emotional pictures were higher than that induced by neutral emotional pictures(P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that negative emotion could promote subsequent auditory processing,and the promotional effect is greater in the students with high-trait anxiety than in those with low-trait anxiety.
