摘  要:新冠肺炎疫情对教育产生的深远影响已在世界范围内达成共识。在后新冠肺炎疫情时代(以下简称“后疫情时代”)和第四次工业革命的叠加之下,科学教育将如何发展成为教育4.0的重要议题。文章以全球视角,通过对世界范围内的科学教育相关研究成果进行梳理和对我国国情进行分析,提出后疫情时代我国科学教育发展的对策与建议,包括从国家安全的角度进行顶层设计、建立科技后备人才培养体系、建立贯通能力评价标准、提升科学教师素养、推进科学教育供给社会化等,旨在为我国科学教育政策制定提供参考。It is a consensus worldwide that COVID-19 has made far-reaching impact on education.As one of the essential topics of discussion for Education 4.0,science education has been paid lots of attention focusing on its further development especially under the background of the fourth industrial revolution and Post-COVID-19 era.This research proposes developing strategies of science education in the Post-COVID-19 era with a globalized vision.The strategies,proposed on the basis of worldwide research outcome of science education and the analysis of China’s actual conditions,include developing the top layer design for science education from national security perspectives,establishing a training system of science and technology talent reserve,building-up a systematic competency evaluation standard,enhancing the professionalism of science teachers,and promoting the socialization of science education supply.They aim to ensure the firm and effective development of science education in the Post-COVID-19 era in China.
