高素质技术技能人才培养的现代意蕴与职业教育调适

摘　　要：现代技术的泛在性和共时性使得职业劳动的技术性特征越来越鲜明和广泛,从而使得培养高素质技术技能人才成为职业教育发展改革的使命所在、需求所在、目标所在、问题所在。高素质技术技能人才应当具有职业意识的高站位、专业能力的高品质、职业劳动的高质量、生涯发展的高水平等基本特征。高素质技术技能人才的培养回应了新技术革命对职业教育的新挑战,呼应了现代化建设对职业教育的新诉求,适应了经济发展新阶段对职业教育的新需要,顺应了现代职业教育体系建设的新趋势。职业教育必须从更新教育观念、多元把握高素质技术技能人才的质量维度,建立调适机制、精准对接产业世界对职教人才的质量需求,改进培养模式、建立健全高素质技术技能人才的培养体系等方面强化高素质技术技能人才的培养。The ubiquity and synchroneity of modern technology make the technical characteristics of vocational labor more and more distinct and extensive,so that the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled personnel has become the mission,demand,goal and problem of the development and reform of vocational education.High-quality technical and skilled personnel should have such basic characteristics as high position of professional consciousness,high quality of professional ability,high quality of professional labor and high level of career development.The cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled personnel has responded to the new challenge of the new technological revolution to vocational education,echoed the new demands of the modernization construction to vocational education,adapted to the new needs of vocational education in the new stage of economic development,and complied with the new trend of the construction of modern vocational education system.Therefore,to strengthen the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled personnel,we must update educational idea and diversely grasp the high-quality technical and skilled personnel,establish an adjustment mechanism for personnel cultivation to accurately meet the quality demands of vocational education talents in the industrial world,and improve the cultivation mode and establish a sound cultivation system for high-quality technical and skilled personnel.
