摘  要:当前,粤港澳大湾区STEM教育正蓬勃发展,但同时也面临教师对STEM理解不到位、对国外教材生搬硬套、专业性不足等问题。为了更好地服务于区域内STEM教师的专业发展、提升其STEM教学能力与水平,文章设计了粤港澳大湾区中小学STEM教师教学能力提升培训模式,将具体的培训流程设为5个基本环节和1个拓展环节,并分析了培训模式的特色。之后,文章以粤港澳大湾区STEM教育联盟开展的10期STEM教师培训为例,对培训模式的实践应用效果进行了验证,结果表明:这是一种行之有效、可复制推广的STEM教师培训模式。粤港澳大湾区中小学STEM教师教学能力提升培训模式以经过实践检验的跨学科学习活动5EX模型为支架,可为STEM教师培训及其专业发展提供指导,从而推动区域乃至全国STEM教育的本土化发展。At present,STEM(Science,Technology,Engineering,Mathematics)education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is developing vigorously,but it also faces problems such as teachers’inadequate understanding of STEM,mechanical copying of foreign teaching materials,and insufficient professionalism.In order to better serve STEM teachers’professional development in the region and improve their STEM teaching ability and level,this paper designed the training model for improving STEM teachers’teaching ability in primary and secondary schools in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and divided its training process into 5 basic links and 1 extended link,and analyzed the characteristics of this training model.After that,the practical effect of this model was verified by taking ten sessions of STEM teacher training carried out by STEM Education Alliance in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area for example.The result showed that it was an effective and reproducible model of STEM teacher training.The training model for improving STEM teachers’teaching ability in primary and secondary schools in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area used the practice-tested 5EX model of interdisciplinary learning activities as the scaffold,which could provide reference for STEM teacher training and their professional development,so as to help promote the localized development of STEM education in the region and even the whole country.
