摘  要:以新一代信息技术与先进制造技术深度融合为基本特征的制造业转型升级对机械类专业人才培养提出了新的要求。从科教融合视角出发,本文以长安大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业人才培养为例,以智能制造学科建设为背景,针对科研与教学融合中存在的问题,重点从智能制造课程群建设、师资队伍资源配置、科技成果转化、智能制造实训平台、学生创新创业等方面提出对策与建议,为培养适应未来工业社会发展需求的创新型人才提供有益借鉴。The transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,which is characterized by the deep integration of the new information technology and advanced manufacturing technology,put forward new requirements for the training of mechanical professionals.From the perspective of the integration of science and education,the paper takes the mechanical design,manufacturing and automation in Chang’an University as an example to put forward some suggestions from the aspects of the construction of intelligent manufacturing curriculum group,the allocation of teaching resources,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the intelligent manufacturing training platform,and students’innovation and entrepreneurship.The suggestions provide useful reference for the cultivation of innovative talents to meet the needs of the future industrial society.
