高校学生隐性逃课问题浅析——基于湘南学院的调查

摘　　要：调查数据证明,高校在采取种种措施提高出勤率以减少大学生显性逃课的情况下,教学质量并没有因此提高,其中原因有很多,而隐性逃课则是一个不容忽视的因素。对湘南学院的大二到大四的大学生进行了调查,从大学生对隐性逃课概念的了解度、大学生隐性逃课的表现、隐性逃课程度以及从教师方面可能造成学生隐性逃课的原因等方面入手,以个案方法来分析学生逃课现状,并以此作为依据找出大学生隐性逃课原因,主要从教师方面提出相应解决策略,以及为学校解决学生隐性逃课问题提供一些合理性的建议与参考。Survey data show that colleges and universities take various measures to improve the attendance rate to reduce the obvious truancy of college students,the teaching quality has not been improved,there are many reasons,and the hidden truancy is a factor that cannot be ignored.Based on the investigation of sophomores and seniors in Xiangnan University,this paper analyzes the current situation of students’truancy from the aspects of their understanding of the concept of recessive truancy,the performance of recessive truancy,the degree of recessive truancy,and the reasons that teachers may cause students’recessive truancy,This paper mainly puts forward the corresponding solutions from the perspective of teachers,and provides some reasonable suggestions and references for schools to solve the problem of students’hidden truancy.
