摘  要:目的建立罐头食品与包装饮料中呋喃的顶空气相色谱-质谱联用分析方法。方法顶空法提取样品中的呋喃,以D4-呋喃作为内标物,HP-PLOT Q(30 m×0.32 mm, 20μm)色谱柱进行分离,气相色谱-质谱定性定量。结果该方法线性范围为2.0~200.0 ng,工作曲线回归方程为y=1.14x+0.116(r^(2)=0.999)。方法加标回收率为86.3%~96.2%,相对标准偏差均小于10%(n=6),呋喃的定量限为1.0 ng。通过对59件样品检测,发现常见的罐头食品与硬包装饮料均可检出一定含量的呋喃,咖啡、奶茶、鱼类罐头等几类产品的呋喃含量相对较高,最大值为153.99 ng。结论该方法简便快捷,准确可靠,可用于上述两类食品中呋喃的检测。OBJECTIVE A headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC-MS) method for the analysis of furan in canned foods and packaged beverages was established. METHODS The furan was extracted from the samples by headspace method. D4-furan was used as internal standard and separated on a HP-Plot Q(30 m×0.32 mm, 20 μm) column. The results were qualitative and quantitative by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. RESULTS The linear range of this method was 2.0-200.0 ng, and the regression equation of the working curve was y=1.14x +0.116(r^(2)=0.999). The recoveries were 86.3%-96.2% with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) less than 10%(n=6). The limit of quantification of furan was 1.0 ng. Through the detection of 59 samples, it was found that the common canned food and hard packaged drinks were commonly contaminated with furan, and the concentration of furan in coffee, milk tea, canned fish and other products were relatively high, with a maximum value of 153.99 ng. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and could be used for the detection of furan in the two kinds of food.
