摘 要:按照干部职级,党政机关、人民军队、企事业单位,一般划分为高层干部、中层干部和基层干部。高层干部一般负责战略决策,中层干部一般负责战术实施,基层干部一般负责战斗执行。高校干部也有高层、中层、基层之分,无论哪个层级对高校的发展和稳定都起着重要作用。笔者结合多年来的高校基层和中层干部工作经历,以及丰富的组织人事工作经验发现:成长为优秀高校中层干部,应从政治素质、岗位职责、管理技能、跨越关口四个维度入手。According to the cadre ranks,the Party and government organizations,the People's Liberation Army,enterprises and public institutions have the practice to divide cadres into high-level,middle-level,and grass-roots level.High-level cadres are generally in charge of strategic decision-making;middle-level cadres usually take on responsibility for tactical implementation,and grass-roots cadres are mainly responsible for fundamental combat execution.It is the same in the colleges and universities.Whatever level he is in,he plays an important role in the development and stability of the system or unit.Combining many-year working experience as grassroots and middle-level cadre with a wealth of organizational and personnel experience,the author learned that one should start from the four dimensions of political quality,job responsibilities,management skills,and crossing barriers to grow into a good middle-level cadre in colleges and universities.
