双创背景下新生代员工工作价值观对创业意向的影响

摘　　要：在“双创”和互联网时代背景下,80后和90后成为劳动市场的主力军。文章采用质化结合量化的方法,对新生代员工工作价值观与创业意向之间的关系进行系统分析,使用SPSS数据分析软件对问卷调查所获得的结果进行统计处理,且对文章的研究假设进行相关的实证检验。研究发现,工作价值观对员工创业意向有显著影响。其中,安全与舒适型工作价值观对员工创业意向有反向效应,能力与成长型和地位与独立型工作价值观对员工创业意向有正向效应。Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation and the internet era,post-1980s and post-1990s generation have become the main force in the labor market.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods to systematically analyze the relationship between the new generation of employees'work values and entrepreneurial intention.At the same time,SPSS data analysis software is used to conduct statistical processing on the results of the questionnaire survey,and relevant empirical tests are conducted on the research hypotheses of the article.The study found that:work values have a significant impact on employees’entrepreneurial intentions.Among them,comfortable and safe work values have a reverse effect on employees’entrepreneurial intentions,competence and growth as well as status and independence work values have positive effects on employees’entrepreneurial intentions.
