摘 要:《童年中期全科标准》是规范美国小学优秀教师专业素质的权威政策文本,其规定的“五项核心建议”与“九项标准”相互补充、相互印证,完成了对优秀小学教师专业素质的宏观勾勒与具体深描。通过分析得出,优秀教师具有如下特质:崇尚“学生本位”,将个体差异性视为资源和财富;立足全科教学,发展跨学科教学能力;有效的教学决策能力,多渠道开发利用教育资源;专业责任感与专业变革能力强,积极做出专业贡献。这启示我们要进一步凸显标准规范的重要价值,精准把握优秀水平教师素质指标观测标尺,聚焦全科特质构建,深化细化小学教师专业素质的教育性指标等。“Middle Childhood Generalist Standards”is an authorative policy text which normalized the professional competence of accomplished primary school teachers.The“Five Core Propositions”and“Nine Standards”complement each other and complete the holistic description and profound description of the competence of accomplished primary school teachers.Through the analysis,it is concluded that accomplished teachers have the following characteristics:Advocating student-centered educational philosophy,regarding individual differences as wealth and resource;Pursuing general subject teaching and developing interdisciplinary teaching ability;Effective teaching decision-making ability and multi-channel development and utilization of educational resources;Strong sense of professional responsibility and professional change ability,and actively make professional contributions.This enlightens us to further highlight the important value of standards,accurately grasp the observation scale of accomplished level quality indicators,focus on the construction of general characteristics,deepen and refine the educational indicators of primary school teachers pedagogical knowledge.
