高职物流技能竞赛与物流管理专业课程衔接策略探究——以滁州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高职物流技能竞赛是检验高职物流人才培养体系的试金石,受到国家职业教育机构和相关物流企业的认可,但目前面临着学生参赛热情不高,团队协作力差,职业技能欠缺等问题。本文从课赛融通,以赛促教的角度出发,优化物流管理专业课程体系,通过对课程的教学内容、教学方法和教学考核体系进行改进,在满足竞赛要求的同时,完善课程教学。The vocational logistics skill competition is the touchstone for testing the vocational logistics talent training system,and is recognized by the national vocational education and related logistics companies.However,our college is currently facing the problems of low enthusiasm,poor teamwork,and lack of vocational skills for this competition.This paper selects the curriculum system of logistics management specialty from the perspective of integrating courses with competitions and promoting teaching through competitions.The course teaching will be improved while meeting the requirements of the competition by improving the system of teaching content,methods and assessment.
