摘 要:沈阳市地铁4号线劳动路站—望花屯站区间隧道穿越的地层为富水粉质黏土地层,地层中细颗粒较多,因此,选择该区间的31~130环区段和131-213环区段分别作为土压平衡和泥水平衡的掘进试验段,对2种掘进模式进行了试验研究,探讨了盾构掘进参数,分析了掘进效率和地表沉降控制效果。试验结果表明,土压平衡模式掘进效率远远高于泥水平衡模式,其主要原因在于地层细颗粒含量高,导致泥浆分离效率低,进而直接影响了掘进效率。监测结果表明,土压平衡掘进模式对地层沉降的控制效果优于泥水平衡模式。该试验结果为盾构掘进模式的选择提供了重要依据。Between Laodonglu Station and Wanghuatun Station of Shenyang Metro Line 4,the stratum which the tunnels pass through are water-rich silty clay with many fine particles.The experimental study of earth-pressure balance and slurry balance are done at 31-130 ring section and 131-213 ring section respectively.The tunneling parameters are discussed,the tunneling efficiency and the control effect of ground subsidence are analyzed.The test results show that the tunneling efficiency of the earth-pressure balance model is much higher than that of slurry balance.The mud separation efficiency is low because of high fine particle contents in the stratum so that the tunneling efficiency can be directly effected.The monitoring results show that the control effect of the earth pressure balance tunneling model is better than that of slurry balance model.The test results provide an important basis for selection of shield tunneling model.
