团队创新使命、隐性知识共享与团队创新绩效

摘　　要：通过对高校科研团队和科技型企业研发团队的调查,以探索团队创新使命对团队创新绩效的影响机制。结果表明:团队创新使命对团队创新绩效具有显著的正向影响;团队隐性知识共享在团队创新使命和团队创新绩效之间起中介作用;团队规模在团队创新使命与团队隐性知识共享之间起调节作用,即团队规模越大,研发团队创新使命对团队隐性知识共享的促进作用越强。Through two surveys of universities and R&D teams of science and technology enterprises respectively,this paper explores the influence mechanism of team innovation calling on team innovation performance.Results show that,firstly,team innovation calling has a significant positive impact on team innovation performance.Secondly,team tacit knowledge sharing plays a mediating role between team innovation calling and team innovation performance.Thirdly,team size plays a moderating role between team innovation calling and team tacit knowledge sharing,that is to say,the larger the team size is,the stronger the promotion effect of R&D team innovation calling on team tacit knowledge sharing.
