摘  要:目的探究临床路径结合目标管理教学法在妇产科学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月在滨州医学院附属医院妇产科实习的64名实习人员,按照随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组,每组32名。参照组采用常规教学方法,实验组采用临床路径结合目标管理教学法。比较2组实习人员的考核成绩及对学习方式的满意度。结果实验组的理论成绩和实操成绩分别为(86.47±5.24)分、(8.16±0.53)分均高于参照组的(78.49±4.87)分、(6.95±0.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实验组实习人员对教学方法的总满意度为96.88%(31/32),高于参照组的75.00%(24/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科学临床教学中应用临床路径结合目标管理教学法能提高实习人员理论知识、实操成绩及教学满意度,值得医学院校应用推广。Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway combined with target management teaching method in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 64 interns in department of obstetrics and gynecology of Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from January 2019 to June 2020 were divided into experimental group and control group by computer table method.32 cases in each group were included in the two groups.The control group adopted conventional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted clinical pathway combined with target management teaching method.The assessment results and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The theoretical scores and practical scores of the experimental group were(86.47±5.24)and(8.16±0.53)points,respectively,higher than those of the control group(78.49±4.87)and(6.95±0.48)points,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The total satisfaction of the trainees in the experimental group was 96.88%(31/32),which was higher than that in the reference group 75.00%(24/32),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pathway combined with target management teaching method in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of interns and improve teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of application and promotion.
