摘 要:目的探索建立适合高层次、复合型医学人才培养的临床医学博士后培养评价体系。方法以360°评价法为理论基础,采用文献综述法、专家咨询法等方法构建基于“住院医师核心胜任力”的360°评价体系,并用于北京协和医院临床医学博士后的培养评价。结果最终构建了基于“住院医师核心胜任力”的360°评价体系,包括评价者、评价维度、评价指标、评分标准等内容。结论基于“住院医师核心胜任力”的360°评价体系可全面、直观地体现临床医学博士后的胜任力发展情况,且可有针对性地制订改进方案,持续提升临床医学博士后的核心胜任力,为医学人才评价体系的改革和完善提供依据。Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the establishment of an evaluation system that is more suitable for the training of high-level and compound medical personnel. Methods The framework of 360° evaluation system for core competency was built on the theoretical basis of 360°evaluation method through literature review and consultation of experts, or with other methods. Results We described and analyzed the components of the system and discussed the preliminary practice process in the postdoctoral trainingproject of clinical medicine. Conclusions The 360°evaluation system based on core competence can comprehensively and intuitively reflect the development of clinical postdoctoral trainees’ competence, and help students improve their ability in a targeted way, which lays a foundation for further exploration and improvement of the evaluation system for medical talents.
