高职经管专业群专任教师双师情况现状调查与分析

摘　　要：文章从经管专业群专任教师基本情况、双师教师认定标准和准入条件、双师教师胜任力特征要素、双师教师胜任力提升三个方面33个维度对高职经管专业群双师教师现状进行问卷调查。通过对问卷的统计分析,发现和总结胜任力形成、提升中所存在的问题,并就胜任力提升提出相关建议。In this paper,from the basic situation of Bi-qualified teachers in economics and management professional group,Bi-qualified teachers recognition standards and access conditions,Bi-qualified teachers competency characteristics,Bi-qualified teachers competency improvement of three dimensions of 33 questionnaire survey on the status quo of Bi-qualified teachers in economics and management professional group in higher vocational colleges.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire,the problems existing in the formation and improvement of competency were found and summarized,and relevant suggestions were put forward for the improvement of competency.
