摘 要:目前,我国药学类毕业生满足不了行业产业高质量发展需求的问题日益凸显,高职高专药学类人才就业时普遍存在药学理论知识较弱、药学操作能力较弱、药学职业素养较弱的"三弱"现象。药剂学是培养药学类人才的主干课程,学好药剂学是合格药学人才的前提条件。研究将对象锁定在高职高专层次,通过内容分析法对药剂学教学进行历史性综述,从药剂学理论教学和实践教学两方面探讨,归纳教学中的突出问题及解决措施,得出药剂学教学现状结论并预测后续教学研究的深化方向。At present,the problem that Pharmaceutics graduates in China cannot meet high quality development demand of industry is becoming more and more prominent.In the employment of pharmaceutical graduates,there are three weak phenomena,namely,weak theoretical knowledge of Pharmaceutics,weak operational ability of Pharmaceutics and weak professional quality of Pharmaceutics.Pharmaceutics is the backbone course for cultivating pharmaceutical graduates.Learning Pharmaceutics well is the prerequisite for qualified pharmaceutical graduates.In this paper,the content analysis method is introduced to make a historical review of pharmacy teaching,which is discussed from two aspects of pharmacy theory teaching and practice teaching,and the prominent problems in teaching and their solutions are summarized.The current situation of pharmacy teaching is concluded and the deepening direction of subsequent teaching research is predicted.
