摘 要:生物化学在医学课程中占有十分重要的地位,但因其代谢途径多,反应复杂,晦涩难懂,学生的畏难情绪普遍严重。绪论课在生物化学整个课程教学中发挥着提纲挈领的作用,其教学的成功与否直接影响能否消除学生的畏难情绪,激发学生学习兴趣,能否成功建立课程的整体框架。本文围绕医学生物化学绪论课教学,分别从重视生化绪论教学、讲清生物化学概念、讲好科学家故事、巧设伏笔激发兴趣、精用病例联系临床及学习方法几个方面浅谈笔者多年生物化学绪论教学实践的思考与体会,以期与同行交流分享,为提高医学生物化学绪论教学质量提供参考。Biochemistry, which is important to the basic medical curriculum, has been plagued with fear and anxiety by students due to its metabolic pathways, complex reactions and difficulty to understand. Teaching of Introduction to Medical Biochemistry provides an outline and is significant in dealing with anxiety and fear, stimulating interest and creating the course framework. The aim of this paper is to discuss the authors′ superficial teaching practice and methodologies of Introduction to Medical Biochemistry in terms of its importance, definition to Biochemistry, stories about scientists, stimulating students′ interest and applying clinical cases. We hope it can be communicated and shared with colleagues to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of Introduction to Medical Biochemistry.
