摘  要:结合预制混凝土(PC)轨道梁制作工艺和施工控制精度水平,对跨座式单轨PC轨道梁轨道不平顺功率谱进行分析,并采用三角级数法模拟生成轨道不平顺时程曲线,将其作为外激励输入15个自由度的跨座式单轨交通车桥耦合振动模型;应用非线性振动数值算法,编制了跨座式单轨交通车桥耦合振动分析软件,研究了轨道不平顺、车速对单轨交通车桥耦合振动响应的影响,并与试验测试结果进行对比。结果表明:轨道不平顺是引起PC轨道梁振动的主要激励源;PC轨道梁和车体的振动加速度均随车速的增加而增大;车速大于40 km/h后,PC轨道梁横向最大振动加速度超过规范限值,车辆宜降速行驶。Combined with the manufacturing process and construction control accuracy level of PC track beam,the power spectrum of track irregularity of straddle monorail PC track beam was analyzed,and the time history curve of track irregularity was simulated by using trigonometric series method,which is used as the vehicle bridge coupling vibration model of straddle monorail traffic with external excitation input of 15 degrees of freedom.Based on the nonlinear vibration numerical algorithm,the vehicle bridge coupling vibration analysis software for straddle type monorail traffic was developed.The effects of track irregularity and vehicle speed on the vehicle bridge coupling vibration response of monorail traffic were studied and compared with the test results.The results show that track irregularity is the main excitation source of PC track beam vibration.The vibration acceleration of PC track beam and car body increases with the increase of vehicle speed.When the vehicle speed is higher than 40 km/h,the maximum lateral vibration acceleration of PC track beam will exceed the specification limit value,and the vehicle should slow down.
