摘  要:基于高职与普通本科"3+2"贯通培养的动因,从本科层次应用型人才的类型、专业及院校特点、课程体系及与高职专业的协同等方面解析了"3+2"贯通培养本科段人才培养质的规定性,进而从全面形成应用型高校的特色,丰富完善培养技术技能型人才的功能,努力提高吸纳高职毕业生的能力,积极探索人才培养的新模式等方面,提出促进本科段教育发展的对策建议。Based on the motivation of“3+2”consistent talent training for higher vocational and general undergraduates,this paper analyses the prescribed nature of“3+2”consistent talent training for undergraduates from the aspects of the type of application talents at the undergraduate level,the characteristics of professions and colleges,the curriculum system and the coordination with the higher vocational education,and then puts forward the proposals of promoting the development of undergraduate stage education:to comprehensively form the characteristics of application-type colleges and universities,to enrich and perfect the functions of training technical skilled personnel,to strive to improve the ability of admitting higher vocational graduates,and to actively explore the new model of training.
