摘 要:苏霍姆林斯基是苏联著名教育家。他善于把教育实践活动与教育理论探索紧密结合起来,对如何做好小学班主任和教师工作有精深的研究,不仅阐释了做好小学班主任和教师工作的意义,而且论述了做好小学班主任和教师工作的策略。这些策略包括:确立小学班主任和教师工作的任务;教学应以激发儿童的求知热情和丰富学生的精神生活为旨趣;带领学生到大自然中去旅行,不断拓展学生的知识视野;通过童话、阅读教学,促进儿童快乐成长。这些宝贵经验值得我国教育者认真思考和借鉴。Sukhomlynsky(ВаслийАлексáндровичСухомлнский) is a famous Soviet educator. He was good at closely integrating educational practice activities with educational theoretical explorations, and had in-depth research on how to handle the work as a head teacher in primary school and a teacher. He not only explained the significance of handling the work of a head teacher in primary school and a teacher, but also discussed how to do this work well. His strategies are as follows: establishing the tasks of primary school head teachers and teachers;teaching should be based on inspiring children’s enthusiasm for knowledge and enriching the spiritual life of students;leading students to travel in nature and continuously expanding their knowledge horizons;and through fairy tales and reading to promote the happy growth of children. These valuable experiences are worthy of serious consideration and reference by our educators.
