摘  要:专业教育与职业培训相衔接是新时代职业教育改革发展的政策要求,主要体现在理念、内容与资源上的契合与融通。职教集团下的多元主体共生关系为两者的衔接提供了平台模式,复合型技术技能人才的分段培养与终身教育为两者的衔接提供了操作模式。因此,从国家层面,亟需加快法治体系建设与制度改革;从行业层面,亟需建立健全职业教育国家标准体系;从校企合作层面,亟需促进教育要素与生产要素的流动。The cohesion between professional education and vocational training is a policy requirement for the reform and development of vocational education in the new era,which is mainly reflected in the accordance and integration of ideas,content and resources.The multi-subject symbiotic relationship under the vocational education group provides a platform mode for the cohesion between professional education and vocational training,and the staged cultivation and lifelong education of compound skilled talents offer an operation mode for the cohesion.Therefore,it is urgent to accelerate the construction of the rule of law and system reform at the national level,establish and improve a national standard system for vocational education,and promote the mobility of education and production elements at the level of college-enterprise cooperation.
