基于《温疫论》和《伤寒温疫条辨》探析温疫治疗的用药特点

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药防治温疫的组方特点和用药规律,为临床防治温疫提供文献理论基础。方法:运用文献研究法,以《温疫论》和《伤寒温疫条辨》为研究基础,采用频数统计法综合性的整理分析《温疫论》和《伤寒温疫条辨》中防治温疫的方药。结果:《温疫论》中44首方剂,单味药用药总频数217次;《伤寒温疫条辨》中正方181首,附方34首,单味药用药总频数1409次。结论:《温疫论》和《伤寒温疫条辨》在温疫防治理法方药中求同存异,其组方用药上具有扶正固本、苦寒逐秽、中焦护胃、调畅气机的特点,对后世防治温疫具有重要的参考意义。Objective To investigate the characteristics of prescriptions and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of epidemic infectious disease,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of epidemic infectious disease.Methods The literature research method was used,based on the research on Wenyi Lun and Shanghanwenyi Tiaobian,and use frequency statistics to comprehensively analyze the prescriptions of the prevention and control of epidemics in Wenyi Lun and Shanghanwenyi Tiaobian.Results There are 44 prescriptions in Wenyi Lun,and the total frequency of single medicines is 217 times;in Shanghanwenyi Tiaobian,there are 181 regular prescriptions with 34 attached prescriptions,and the total frequency of single medicines is 1409.Conclusion Wenyi Lun and Shanghanwenyi Tiaobian seek common ground while reserving differences in the prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of epidemic infectious disease.Their prescriptions have the characteristics of supporting the healthy energy,expelling the filth with bitter cold,protecting the stomach by medium coke and regulating qi activity.It has important reference significance for the prevention and control of epidemic infectious disease in later generations.
