摘 要:儿童数学学习与发展是学前教育质量监测的重要方面.建构5~6岁儿童数学监测指标体系,包含数学知识技能、过程性能力、态度和学习品质共20条指标.确定包含监测指标、观察要点和行为表现的教师观察评定工具,尝试从教师视角检验该工具的适宜性.结果表明,通过教师实际使用与专家持续对话,监测指标及观察要点的合理性和价值得到检验,教师使用观察评定表有利于更好地观察、评估儿童的数学学习与发展,有助于教师改进教学实践、提升专业反思和转变教育观念.同时,教师作为评估主体也面临一系列挑战,今后应制定教师观察评估工具使用手册并加强教师培训,更好地发挥该工具对改进教育实践的作用.The evaluation of children’s mathematics learning and development is an important component of educational quality monitoring.Based on previous research,the math monitoring indicator system for children aged 5-6 includes three components:math knowledge,processing abilities,and learning approach;20 corresponding indicators were constructed.After discussions by the experts,the observation and evaluation tools including the indicator system,observation focuses,and children’s behavior were determined first.This study focused on examining the suitability of tools from the perspective of teachers.The results indicated that the appropriateness and value of the monitoring indicators and observation focuses in the checklist should be examined based on the practical use of preschool teachers and continuous dialogue with experts.Teachers’use of the tools was conducive to their interpretation and evaluation of children’s mathematics learning and development,which was also conducive to improving teaching practice,enhancing teachers’professional reflection,and changing their educational beliefs.At the same time,there was still a series of challenges for teachers in using the observation checklist.In the future,a manual of the tool and teacher training should be developed to make better use of this tool in improving teaching and promoting the development of children.
