摘  要:经多年发展,我国职业教育教师培训取得重大成绩的同时,也存在一些不足,在长期实践中,我们探索出“三精准二协同三保障”模式,即训前训中训后精准,承训机构与相关行业企业协同和参训学员所在单位协同,同时提供师资保障,制度保障和条件保障。After years of development,vocational education teacher training has achieved a lot,while there still exist a few problems.During the long process of practice,we have explored a model of"Three Precision,Two Coordination and Three Guarantees",i.e.precision before,during and after training;coordination between training schools with concerned companies and companies of the trainees;guarantees of training teachers,system and conditions.
