摘  要:目的探讨结构化临床思维训练结合PBL教学法在神经内科见习课程中的应用效果。方法选取广西中医药大学针灸推拿专业2015级进入临床见习的1个班级的62名学生作为研究对象,其中男生30例,女生32例,使用随机数字表法将学生分组为研究组与对照组。对照组学生采取PBL教学法,研究组学生采取结构化临床思维训练结合PBL教学法。见习结束后对两组学生的基础理论、病史采集、病例分析、临床操作技能、临床思维能力进行考核,并对其接受的临床教学模式的认知情况进行调查分析,从而对两种教学方法的效果进行评价。结果考核成绩显示,接受结构化临床思维训练结合PBL教学法研究组见习生的基础理论、病史采集、病例分析、临床思维能力成绩均明显高于传统PBL教学对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),临床操作技能考评成绩研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),临床教学模式认知情程度问卷调查结果显示,于提高学习兴趣、提高学习质量、增强与患者沟通能力、有助于形成临床思维、有利于增强团队合作能力、教学模式满意度等方面,结构化临床思维训练结合PBL教学法好于传统教学方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论结构化临床思维训练结合PBL教学法在神经病学见习课程中的应用,能显著提高临床教学效果,同时得到见习学生的认可。Objective To explore the application effect of the structured reflection combined with PBL teaching method in the probation course of neurology.Methods 62 students of acupuncture acupressure speciality,2015 grade,Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine University were selected as the research objects,including 30 male students and 32 female students.The students were divided into research group and control group by random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional PBL teaching method,and the research group adopted the structured reflection combined with PBL teaching method.At the end of the probation,the objective performance evaluation and the subjective questionnaire survey are carried out to evaluate the effect of the two teaching methods.Results The results of objective evaluation showed that the scores of basic theory,case analysis,medical history collection and clinical thinking ability of the students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of clinical operation skill evaluation in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The results of questionnaire survey on the cognitive level of clinical teaching mode showed that the structure reflection combined with PBL teaching method was better than the traditional teaching method in terms of improving learning interest,learning quality,communication ability with patients,clinical thinking ability,teamwork ability and teaching mode satisfaction(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of structured reflection combined with PBL teaching method can significantly improved clinical teaching effect and get the approval of the students.
