摘　　要：目的了解住院医师应对新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情时的心理状态,旨在保障住院医师心理健康,以便适时采取应对策略,完善住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)内容。方法采用突发性公共卫生事件问卷,对住院医师524人进行问卷调查,并进行数据结果统计分析。结果住院医师总体负性情绪得分较低,说明其心理状态较稳定;性别因素影响住院医师的心理状态,女性医师在神经衰弱、恐惧两个维度上较男性差(P<0.05);临床专业住院医师在抑郁、神经衰弱、强迫或焦虑三个维度上较非临床专业住院医师差(P<0.05)。结论新冠肺炎发生突然、传播迅速,建议医院住培主管部门及临床科室加强对住院医师身心健康的关注,有针对性地进行心理辅导,及时进行疾病知识更新培训,提高其防控知识及应急处理能力,以最佳精神状态应对疫情下的临床工作。Objective To understand the psychological state of the medical residentsl to deal with COVID19,in order to protect the mental health of the students,so as to adopt the timely response strategies and improve the standardized training content of the resident doctors;Methods A survey of 524 medical residents was conducted by using the sudden public health incident questionnaire,and the results were statistically analyzed;Results The overall negative emotion score of the medical residents was low,which indicated that the psychological state was stable;Gender influences the psychology of medical residents,and female physician is inferior to male in"neurasthenia"and"fear"(P<0.05);Clinical medical residents was worse in depression,neurasthenia and forced-anxiety than non-clinical medical residents(P<0.05);Conclusion The COVID-19 occurs suddenly and spreads quickly,it is suggested that the relevant departments in charge of medical residents in hospital and the clinical department pay attention to the physical and mental health of medical residents,take targeted psychological counseling,carry out timely disease knowledge update training,improve their knowledge of prevention,control and emergency management ability,and respond to the clinical work under the epidemic situation with the best mental state.
