摘　　要：目的调查北京市第三年内科住院医师结业考核前职业倦怠现状,分析其职业倦怠的影响因素。方法采用横断面设计的流行病学现状调查。选取北京市2018年3月及2019年3月参加住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)第三年的内科住院医师820人,发放有效调查问卷。采用概率描述职业倦怠三个维度在不同分值组的分布;采用t检验或方差分析或秩和检验比较不同特征住院医师职业倦怠各维度得分的差异。结果9.0%被调查者有严重的情绪低落,4.6%被调查者有严重的愤世嫉俗,17.3%被调查者有严重的成就感降低,2.4%被调查者有重度职业倦怠,5.1%的被调查者表示住培结束后会选择从事医学相关的其他工作,并有更高的愤世嫉俗和情绪低落水平(P<0.05)。结论北京市第三年内科住院医师结业考核前职业倦怠情况较为严重,成就感降低问题最突出,而有运动习惯及工作时长较短的住院医师职业倦怠情况较轻。Objective To investigate the current situation of job burnout of resident physicians before graduation examination in the third year,and to analyze the influencing factors of job burnout.Methods The current situation of epidemic diseases was investigated by cross-sectional design.The third-year internal medicine residents who took part in the standardized residency training examination of standardized training for residents in March 2018 and March 2019 were selected and 820 valid questionnaires were distributed.The adoption rate described the distribution of the three dimensions of job burnout in different score groups;t-test or analysis of variance or rank sum test were used to compare the differences of job burnout scores of residents with different characteristics.Results Nine percent of the respondents in this survey had very serious depression,4.6%of the respondents had a very serious cynical dimension,17.3%of the respondents had a very serious decreased sense of achievement,2.4%of the respondents had severe job burnout,5.1%of the respondents said they would choose other medical-related jobs after the standardized training for residents,and these people had higher levels of cynicism and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion The situation of job burnout of residents in internal medicine is more serious before graduation examination in the third year,and the problem of decreased sense of achievement is the most prominent,while the situation of job burnout of residents with exercise habits and short working hours is lighter.
