中国与瑞士眼科医师规范化培训体系比较研究

摘　　要：目的对比瑞士与中国住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)现状,探索更加符合中国国情的、高效的住培体系。方法以中国、瑞士的两所教学医院为例,从住培的培训学制、培训内容等方面对比两国眼科住培体系的异同。结果通过比较得知,瑞士有严苛的规范化培训体系,而中国的培训体系更加高效。瑞士大学规范化培训注重竞争性教育,提倡医学精英教育;中国住培过程中,注重实践教学,培训体系更加适合国情。结论虽然中国眼科住培制度仍有很多方面需要完善且需继续推广普及,但经过多年的实践,中国的眼科住培中体系日趋成熟。Objective To compare and contrast residency training systems between China and Switzerland in order to help establish a suitable and efficient ophthalmology resident training system in China.Method The ophthalmology residency training systems in China and Switzerland were compared in terms of training programs and contents.Results The resident training system in Switzerland was rigorous,focused on competitive education and more resembled training related to elite education.On the other hand,the training system in China put more emphasis on practical training.The resident training system for ophthalmologists in China was more aligned with the actual situation in this country.Conclusion Although the ophthalmology residency training system in China leaves much to be desired,it has become more efficient and mature than before.
