摘  要:教师的自主专业发展是提高教师专业素养、提升教师队伍建设的重中之重。助力民族学校教师自主专业发展,需要使其了解民族小学教师的本质特点、确定教师的角色、树立正确的专业发展方向,还需要为其建立适合的专业发展制度及创设成长的平台。只有这样,才能促使民族小学教师得到快速发展,更好地为学校教育教学工作服务。The independent professional qualities of teachers are related to the school's success or not.While the most important thing is to improve teachers'professional attainment.So,we need to build a better team in the professional development of teachers.In order to develop the teachers'professional development in the ethnic primary school,we need understand our teachers'characteristics and make sure the role of teachers.Then we should make a correct way to develop the professional qualities.We also need to establish a suitable system and create a growing platform for them,so as to promote the rapid development of ethnic primary school and offer a better service for education.
