基层党建嵌入高校师德建设路径探析

摘　　要：基层党建与师德建设是高校思想政治工作的“两翼”,二者在内在逻辑上具有互通性。在师德师风建设中,充分发挥高校基层党组织的党建优势,能够有效提高师德建设的绩效水平。从结构主义视域出发,高校基层党组织应基于“组织嵌入、制度嵌入、目标嵌入”多重嵌入机制,以党建有效引领师德水平的提升。Grass-roots party building and teachers'ethics construction are the"two wings"of Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities,and they are internally and logically interconnected.In the construction of teachers'ethics and style,giving full play to the advantages of Party building of grass-roots party organizations in Colleges and universities can effectively improve the performance level of teachers'ethics construction.Based on the embedded and effective mechanism of the party's construc-tion in Colleges and universities,it should be based on the embedded and effective mechanism of the party organization.
