摘  要:用溶剂法和超临界CO2萃取法从牡丹鲜花瓣中提取牡丹精油,以玫瑰精油为对照,通过磷钼络合法、DPPH法、结晶紫法分别测定牡丹精油总抗氧化能力、DPPH自由基清除能力及羟自由基清除能力。结果表明:牡丹精油具有抗氧化性及清除自由基的能力,两种方法制备的牡丹精油总抗氧化性能均强于玫瑰精油;牡丹精油对DPPH自由基的平均清除率比玫瑰精油高5.30%~7.65%,其中超临界CO2萃取的牡丹精油对DPPH自由基清除率最高,为74.0%;牡丹精油对羟自由基的清除率比玫瑰精油高6.15%~14.45%,其中溶剂法制备的牡丹精油清除率最高,为82.6%。The essential oil of peony for the experiment was extracted by the solvent method and supercritical CO2 extraction method.The Complex Phosphomolybdic method,DPPH method,and crystal violet method were used to determine the total antioxidant ability of peony essential oil and the scavenging ability of DPPH free radical and hydroxyl radical.The results showed that the essential oil of peony had the strength of anti-oxidation and scavenging free radical.The total anti-oxidation ability of the essential oil of peony was better than that of the essential oil of rose by taking the essential oil of rose as the reference.The scavenging rate of DPPH radical in the essential oil of peony was 5.30%to 7.65%higher than that in the essential oil of rose.The scavenging percentage of DPPH free radical in the essential oil extracted by supercritical CO2 showed the highest result(74.0%)among all experiment samples.The scavenging rate of hydroxyl free radical in the essential oil of peony was 6.15%to 14.45%higher than that in the essential oil of rose,and the highest clearance rate of essential oil of peony(82.6%)was obtained by the solvent method.
