摘 要:我国学界在“学分银行制度”的意义与功能认知方面缺乏足够的讨论和共识。运用语言学与制度分析的方法,对“学分银行制”一词的语源及其意义流变进行考察,并结合各国具体制度实践比对验证,具有正本清源的价值。研究表明:“学分银行制”的翻译脱离了具体语境而失去了其本来意义,并在我国理论研究与实践应用领域产生较大的误解和分歧。“学分银行制度”应当定位于学分认证、积累与转换制度,并不当然包括资历框架的这一认证制度的标准内核,而相关术语的选择同样需要结合目标、属性、功能等具体语境来确定。There is lack of sufficient discussion and consensus on the significance and function of“Credit Bank System”in Chinese academic circle.Using the methods of linguistics and institutional analysis,this paper investigates the origin and change of the terminology“Credit Bank System”,and verifies it by comparing with the specific institutional practices of various countries,which has the value of clearing the source.The study shows that the translation of“Credit Bank System”has lost its original meaning from the specific context,and caused different understanding and divergence in the field of theoretical research and practical application in China.“Credit Bank System”should be located in the credit certification,accumulation and transformation system,not include the standard core of the certification system of the qualification framework.The selection of related terminologies also needs to be determined in specific contexts such as objectives,attributes and functions.
