摘　　要：将区块链的技术特点引入高职院校校企合作中,可以更好地实现毕业生或实习生与企业岗位需求相契合,推动高职院校校企深度合作办学的高质量发展。高职院校开展校企合作过程中,借助区块链技术特点构建“区块链+”校企创新合作办学模式,校企双方利用自身优势以灵活多样的形式开展合作,创新人才培养模式,打破制约校企深度合作的瓶颈,提高协同育人质量,更好地服务区域经济社会高质量发展。By introducing blockchain technology into the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,we can achieve seamless connection between graduates or interns and enterprises to promote the high-quality development of deep cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises.In the process of carrying out school-enterprise cooperation,the higher vocational colleges and enterprises make good use of their own advantages to carry out flexible and diverse cooperations based on the technology of blockchain to innovate talents training models,which can break the bottleneck that restricts the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,improve the quality of collaborative education and serve regional economic and social development better.
