摘　　要：在长期革命、建设和改革实践中,中国共产党人形成了“政德、大德、公德和私德”的完整道德体系,养成了立政德、明大德、守公德和严私德的优秀道德品质和优良道德品行。中国共产党人的道德是党的理想信念、价值宗旨的内化及外显,其道德养成是内外机制相互作用的结果,内在机制是根本,外在机制是保障。中国共产党人道德养成的内在机制指向知、情、意、行的统一,外在机制包括道德教育机制、道德监督机制和道德奖惩机制等。In the long-term practice of revolution,construction,and reform,the Chinese Communists have formed a complete moral system of"political morality,big morality,public morality,and private morality",and cultivated excellent moral character and outstanding moral behavior.The morality of Chinese Communists is the internalization and externalization of the CCP's ideals,beliefs,and values.The cultivation of Chinese Communists'morality is the result of the interaction of internal and external mechanisms.The internal mechanism is the foundation,and the external mechanism is the guarantee.The internal mechanism points to the unity of knowledge,affect,faith,and behavior.The external mechanisms include moral education mechanism,moral supervision mechanism,and moral reward and punishment mechanism.
