摘　　要：教师对学生自主学习过程驾驭能力不强、学生自主学习过程失控,是地方应用型本科高校普遍存在的问题。为解决此问题,提出利用科学的项目管理理论和方法对自主学习过程进行组织、监控,并建立多维评价体系对自主学习效果进行评价,有利于激发学生自主学习的动力和兴趣,培养学生自主学习的能力,提高教师对于自主学习过程的掌控。Teachers can’t monitor and control the self-regulated learning process of undergraduates well, which is a general problem in application-oriented university. To solve this problem, a new self-regulated learning method is proposed, which uses scientific project management theory and approach to organize and monitor self-regulated learning progress, and a multi-dimensional evaluation system is also presented to estimate the self-regulated learning results. This method could arouse students’ learning motivation and interest, help students to enhance self-regulated learning capability, and assist teachers to control the learning progress.
