摘　　要：满足新技术革命背景下社会经济发展对高技能人才的巨大需求,以及高职学生对新技术革命背景下前沿技术的渴望,是高职教育培养技术技能人才的内在动力。文章分析了新技术革命背景下高技能人才和我国高职学生的特点,工匠精神和现代学徒制在技术技能人才培养中的作用,提出了适应新技术革命背景下高技能人才培养的高职教育范式。首先,工匠精神、数字/通信技术、紧跟产业的技能,以及可持续发展的知识结构是新技术革命背景下高技能人才需具备的基本素养和技能。其次,现代学徒制成为适应新技术革命背景下高技能人才培养的主要方式:一种模式是以企业岗位为载体,以校企合作为基础,以企业岗位及其企业技术人员为主导,开展技术技能人才培育,学校教育为辅,提供支撑企业岗位技能的知识结构;另一种模式以科研过程及其成果为载体,以校企合作和学校科学研究为基础,以学校教师为主导,开展人才培育,企业岗位及其技术人员发挥产业辅助作用。最后,数字元素和现代通信手段全面深度应用,成为新技术革命时代高技能人才培养的重要手段。It is the inner power of higher vocational education to cultivate technical and skilled talents to meet the great demand of social and economic development for high-skilled talents under the background of new technological revolution and the desire of higher vocational students for cutting-edge technology under the background of new technological revolution.This paper analyzes the characteristics of high-skilled talents and higher vocational students in China under the background of new technological revolution,and the role of the spirit of workmanship and modern apprenticeship system in the training of technical and skilled talents,and puts forward the higher vocational education paradigm suitable for the training of high-skilled talents under the background of new technological revolution.First of all,the spirit of workmanship,digital/communication technology,skills to keep up with the industry and the knowledge structure of sustainable development are the basic qualities and skills that high-skilled talents need to have under the background of new technological revolution.Second,modern apprenticeship system has become the main way to train high-skilled talents to adapt to the background of new technological revolution:a model based on enterprise as the carrier,on the basis of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,with enterprise positions and enterprise technical personnel as the leading,to carry out technical skilled talents training.School education is complementary,providing the knowledge structure that supports the position skills of the enterprise;the other model takes the scientific research process and its achievements as the carrier,takes the school-enterprise cooperation and the scientific research in the school as the foundation,takes the teachers as the leading role,and carries out the talents training.Enterprise posts and their technical talents play the auxiliary role of the industry.Finally,the comprehensive and in-depth application of digital elements and modern communication means ha
