摘　　要：文章主要研究高等职业教育技术技能人才培养高地建设背景,分析打造人才高地制约因素,并提出解决策略,提出如何建设服务区域经济发展的人才高地,为高职院校内涵建设提供参考案例。This paper mainly studies the background of training talents with technical skills in higher vocational education,analyzes the restrictive factors of training talents with technical skills,and puts forward solutions.This paper puts forward how to construct the talents highland to serve the regional economic development,and provides a reference case for the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges.
