摘 要:教师信念是教师专业发展关键要素,也是教师专业发展研究中的重要课题之一。本研究以153名高校日语教师为对象实施了教师信念问卷调查,分析了高校日语教师信念的总体特征及不同教龄段的信念特征。从整体特征来看,高校日语教师信念具有传统与进取两大特征。从不同教龄段信念特征差异来看,与5年以内教龄组、6-10年教龄组的中青年教师相比,10年以上教龄组的中年教师信念更趋为传统。讨论结果认为这一差异与教师个人学习经历和教学经历有关。本研究的结果为进一步明确高校日语教师专业发展现状奠定了基础。Teachers’beliefs is the key factor in the development of an education profession,thus it is one of the most important research topics in studies of education.This research is about individual teachers’beliefs based on a questionnaire survey collected from 153 Japanese language teachers and professors in colleges and universities.As a result,both the general characteristics and the age differences of teachers’beliefs among teachers and professors working in higher education institutions are analyzed.The general characteristics of the teachers’beliefs are traditional and progressive.Educators who have been teaching for over 10 years tend to hold a more traditional collection of teaching beliefs compared with those who have been teaching for less than 5 years or for 6-10 years.This difference is due to both the educators’personal education and teaching experience.This research aims at providing a perspective for the further clarification of the professional development status of university Japanese teachers.
