摘　　要：课程思政是加强高职学生思想政治教育的重要途径,也是全国高校思想政治工作会议精神的要求。在介绍“饮料生产技术”课程性质的基础上,阐述了“饮料生产技术”课程融入思政教育的意义,并结合课程教学内容,探讨了思政教育的融入点,实现知识传授与价值引领相结合,有助于培养德才兼备的专业人才,更好地服务社会,同时也为其他同类课程的课程思政改革提供一些借鉴和参考。“Curriculum ideological and political education”is an important way to strengthen the ideological and political education of higher vocational college students,and is also the requirement of the spirit of the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work.On the basis of describing the nature of Beverage Production Technology course,the significance of combining ideological and political education with the course of Beverage Production Technology is elaborated.The integration point of ideological and political education and the course teaching is discussed based on the course content.It can integrate ideological and political elements into the course,realize the combination of knowledge imparting and value guidance,and help to cultivate professional talents with both political integrity and ability,so as to better serve the society.At the same time,it also provides some references for the reform of“curriculum ideological and political education”of other similar courses.
