摘 要:目的开展基于问题的学习(PBL)结合多学科诊疗(MDT)模式在儿科住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的应用,评价其对儿科住院医生临床思维等综合能力的影响。方法选择2017年7月—2020年7月在广州医科大学附属第一医院儿科接受规范化培训的40名住院医师(包括全科规培生及专业型硕士研究生)作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各20名。实验组采用PBL结合MDT教学,对照组采用传统教学。比较两组的阶段考核成绩及问卷调查结果。结果实验组理论考试成绩、及格率及优秀率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组对教学方法的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组85%以上的规培生认为PBL结合MDT教学模式在提高学习主动性和积极性、提高临床思维及解决问题能力方面具有一定的优势。结论PBL结合MDT教学模式有利于锻炼儿科规培医师的临床思维,提高临床综合能力,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To develop the application of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with multidisciplinary team(MDT)model in pediatric clinical teaching,and to evaluate its influence on the comprehensive clinical abilities including clinical thinking of junior resident pediatrician.Methods From July 2017 to July 2020,a total of 40 residents(including the standardized training of general practitioners and professional masters)who received the standardized training of residents in department of Pediatrics,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 20 residents in each group.The experimental group was given PBL combined with MDT teaching,and the control group was given traditional teaching.The stage test score and the questionnaire results were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the theory test,test passing rate and excellent rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the teaching method in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Over 85%of the standardized training residents in the experimental group considered that the teaching mode of the PBL combined with MDT had certain advantages to improve the learning initiative and enthusiasm,improving clinical thinking and problem-solving ability.Conclusion The teaching mode of the PBL combined with MDT is beneficial to cultivate the clinical thinking of pediatricians and improve their clinical comprehensive ability.It is worth popularizing in clinical teaching.
