摘  要:以西康扁桃种仁为原料,利用水媒法提取西康扁桃种仁油脂,对过筛孔径、提取温度、提取时间、pH和料液比等关键节点进行了工艺探究.以西康扁桃油脂提取率为指标,最终确定了最佳工艺参数:种仁破碎后过孔径380μm筛、提取时间120 min、提取温度68℃、pH 8.0、料液比1:3(g/mL),此时油脂提取率为63.23%.研究结果为西康扁桃油脂的开发利用提供了简单有效的制备方法.Amygdalus tangutica(Batal.)Korsh.seed kernels were used as raw materials to prepare Amygdalus tangutica(Batal.)Korsh.oil by aqueous medium process.The key nodes such as sieving pore size,extraction temperature,extraction time,pH and solid-liquid ratio were studied.Taking the oil extraction rate of Amygdalus tangutica(Batal.)Korsh.as the index,the optimal process parameters were determined as follows:crushing particle size passing 380μm sieve,extraction time 120 min,extraction temperature 68℃,pH 8.0 and solid-liquid ratio 1∶3(g/mL),and the oil extraction rate was 63.23%.The results provided a simple and effective preparation method for the development and utilization of Amygdalus tangutica(Batal.)Korsh.oil.
