摘 要:“停课不停学”之后,线上线下融合灵活的混合式教学将成为未来教育新常态。通过问卷调查法,对高职教师混合式教学能力现状进行调查研究,研究结果显示教师认可线上线下相互融通的教学理念,愿意实践、开展混合式教学,却缺乏开展线上线下融合的混合式教学能力,具体表现在数据思维、混合式教学设计、理论知识、持续改进和创新能力几个方面。文章提出了通过加强在职教师信息化素养尤其是数据素养的培训,制定合理的配套政策和评价机制,激发教师自我等策略,来提升高职教师混合式教学能力;同时,教师需在实践中不断探索,创新线上线下融合灵活的混合式教学。After the"suspension of classes without suspension of school",online and offline integration of flexible hybrid teaching will become the new normal of future education.This paper investigates the current situation of mixed teaching ability of higher vocational teachers through questionnaire survey and interview.The results show that teachers agree with the teaching concept of online and offline integration,and are willing to practice mixed teaching,but lack the ability to carry out online and offline integration of mixed teaching.The specific performance is in data thinking,mixed teaching design,theoretical knowledge,continuous improvement and innovation.This paper puts forward some strategies to improve the mixed teaching ability of higher vocational teachers,such as strengthening the training of in-service teachers'information literacy,especially data literacy,formulating reasonable supporting policies and evaluation mechanism,and stimulating teachers'self-improvement.At the same time,teachers need to explore constantly in practice,and create a new online and offline integration of flexible hybrid teaching.
