摘　　要：本文基于"工学四合"人才培养模式,从如何通过课程改革、特色教材开发等方面来提升汽车类专业应用型专业技术人才培养,提高高职毕业生与企业需求之间的匹配度展开讨论,以期为高职院校汽车类专业学生培养课程改革提供有效方案。This article is based on the"engineering and learning"talent training model,discusses how to improve the training of automotive professional applied professional and technical talents through curriculum reform,development of characteristic teaching materials,etc.,to improve the matching degree between higher vocational graduates and corporate needs,with a view to providing an effective plan for the reform of the training curriculum for automotive students in higher vocational colleges.
