摘 要:为提高非圆齿轮数控滚切齿面加工精度,基于速度/加速度前馈+PID/PI的伺服控制模型,以数控滚齿机床工件轴C轴和径向进给轴X轴控制器参数为优化变量,以时间乘以误差绝对值积分(Integrated Time Absolute Error,ITAE)为优化指标,通过粒子群算法对两轴控制器参数进行优化,搭建控制模型进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,机床两跟随轴均可以减小系统的跟踪误差,在一定程度上提升了机床运动轴的跟踪精度和非圆齿轮加工精度。To improve the tooth surface machining accuracy of Non-circular Gear CNC Hobbing Machining,the paper based on the servo controller model of speed/acceleration feedforward control+PID/PI control,the controller parameters of CNC gear hobbing machine workpiece axis C and radial feed axis X are taken as optimization variables,and the error integral ITAE is taken as the optimization index,The parameters of the two-axis controller were optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the control model was built for simulation verification.The simulation results show that two axis of the machine tool can reduce the tracking error of the system,to a certain extent,the tracking accuracy of machine tool motion axis and the machining accuracy of non-circular gear are improved.
