摘 要:目的探讨整合CBL与TBL教学法在针灸治疗学教学中的应用方法及教学效果。方法选取黑龙江中医药大学针灸推拿学院本科学生,2016级2个班学生为对照组,采用传统的教学方法;2016级另2个班学生为试验组,采用整合CBL与TBL的教学方法。经过8周教学运行,观察教学效果,教学结束后,将两组学生考试成绩测评、自主学习能力问卷调查得分情况等进行比较。结果试验组学生期末成绩高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生问卷调查得分及总分高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论整合CBL与TBL教学法应用于针灸治疗学教学中,能有效提高学生成绩和自主学习能力,是整合多种教学法的教学实践探索。Objective To explore the application method and teaching effect of integrating CBL and TBL teaching methods in acupuncture therapy teaching.Methods The undergraduate students of the School of Acupuncture and Tuina of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.Two students in 2016 class were used as the control group,using traditional teaching methods;the other two students in 2016 class were used as the experimental group,and the teaching method of integrating CBL and TBL was adopted.After 8 weeks of teaching operation,observe the teaching effect.After the end of the teaching,Compare the questionnaire survey,test scores,and independent learning ability scores of the two groups of students.Results The final scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the questionnaire survey scores and total points of the experimental group students were higher than the control Group students(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating CBL and TBL teaching methods in acupuncture and moxibustion therapy teaching can effectively improve students'achievements and autonomous learning ability.It is an exploration of teaching practice that integrates multiple teaching methods.
