摘　　要：劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的主要内容之一,加强劳动教育是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的有效途径。本文以宁德师范学院为例,阐述如何将劳动教育管理和立德树人相融合,如何将劳动教育方法与立德树人相融合,提出劳动教育融入立德树人的保障机制,对新时代高校劳动教育融入立德树人的实践进行探究。Labor education is one of the main contents of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.Strengthening labor education is an effective way to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor.Taking Ningde Normal University as an example,this paper expounds how to integrate labor education management and moral education,how to integrate labor education methods and moral education,puts forward the guarantee mechanism of integrating labor education into moral education,and explores the practice of integrating labor education into moral education in Colleges and universities in the new era.
